August 11, 2004 meeting. <br />Motion by Manager Haake, seconded by Manager Aiken, to approve the draft to <br />become the official Bylaws of the Rice Creek Watershed District. Motion carried 5-0. <br />April 11, 2007 meeting. <br />Motion by Manager Haake, seconded by Manager Oven, to approve the amendment of <br />Article VI, Section 8 of the Rice Creek Watershed Ditstrict by-laws. Motion carried 4-1 <br />(Manager Waller opposed). <br />March 11, 2009 meeting. <br />Motion by Manager Waller, seconded by Manager Ogata, acknowledging that proper <br />notice has been given for the consideration by the managers of a proposed by-law <br />change and move to amend Article IV, Section 8 of the By-laws of the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District.
