<br />RESOLUTION 8990 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHICKEN/DUCK KEEPING LICENSE FOR <br />REBECCA O’DONNELL, 8145 RED OAK DRIVE <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance 903, which amended Chapter <br />701 of the Municipal Code to provide limited and controlled raising and keeping of <br />chickens and/or ducks on properties zoned R-1, Single Family Residential; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rebecca O’Donnell has submitted a license application with site <br />plan and the appropriate fees to keep and raise chickens on her property located at <br />8145 Red Oak Drive; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the application and it appears to meet all <br />requirements set forth in Ordinance 903; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 903, initial applications shall be <br />considered by the City Council after holding a public hearing which was held August 27, <br />2018; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a Chicken/Duck Keeping License for Rebecca O’Donnell, 8145 <br />Red Oak Drive, for no more than eight chickens. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this license is effective from August 28, 2018 <br />to December 31, 2019. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 27th day of August, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
