<br />RESOLUTION NO. 8993 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL KENNEL LICENSE FOR <br />JENNIFER JENSEN, 8395 SUNNYSIDE ROAD <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jennifer Jensen, 8395 Sunnyside Road, has applied for a <br />Residential Kennel License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jennifer Jensen currently has two dogs but would like to obtain a <br />third; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the current dogs owned by Jennifer Jensen are licensed with the <br />City in accordance with the Mounds View City Code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br />notices to Ramsey County registered property owners that are within five hundred feet <br />(500’) of 8395 Sunnyside Road; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve a residential dog kennel license for Jennifer Jensen for up to three <br />dogs for the property located at 8395 Sunnyside Road; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire on June 30, 2019. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of August, 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Carol A.
