Set a Public Hearing for 7:15 P.M. on Monday, July 27, 1998 to consider Ordinance No. <br />621, Granting a Franchise to MediaOne to construct, operate and maintain a cable <br />communication system in the City of Mounds View, and setting forth the conditions <br />accompanying the granting of such franchise. <br />D. Approve Resolution No. 5250, Authorizing Execution of Grant Agreement by the U.S. <br />Department of Transportation under the Hazardous Materials Emergency <br />Preparedness(HMEP) Program. <br />E. Set a Public Hearing for 7:05 P.M. on Monday, July 27, 1998 to consider Ordinance No. <br />620, an Ordinance amending various chapters of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br />relating to driveways, parking areas, and accessory buildings. <br />F. Approval of Contractor Licenses.
