Consideration of Resolution No. 5285, Approving the 1998 Transfers and Revisions. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Koopmeiners to approve Resolution 5285, Approving the 1998 <br />Transfers and Revisions. <br />Discussion: Stigney asked for clarification of Item 3 of the Resolution, the $43,000 for updating <br />the City Ha11 Telephone system. Stigney said no discussion had taken place with Council in <br />regard to this issue. Mayor McCarty said if Council Business Item 7G was not approved no <br />action would be taken on this issue. <br />VOTE: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 The motion carried. <br />G. Consideration of Resolution 5290, Approving a Telecommunications Bid Award for Ciry <br />Hall, Community Center and Y2K Upgrade. <br />Tracy Sanchez reviewed the staff report dated December 11, 1998, which outlined costs for <br />replacing the City's current telecommunications system, additions for the community center <br />telephone service, and Y2K compliance needs. <br />• Stigney asked what the reference to "Y2K + Community Center only" meant on the equipment <br />list dated November 25, 1998.
