Motion passes. <br />City Attorney requests within the motion stated this would be <br />authorized by the clerk administrator to any technical revisions <br />requested by the State Attorney. The reason is we are trying to <br />make sure we match up any recent changes in state law with <br />respect to state financing to the grant, specifically the <br />$500,000 involved. We must make sure we are complying with any <br />technical provisions needed in the lease agreement. It would not <br />change the substance of the dollar amounts of the rent. We may <br />have to have some additional provisions that would make it fully <br />conform with any changes in that grant allocation. <br />Item C: Discussion of Mounds View Board of Commissions <br />appointments. <br />• Mayor Couglin has discussion on placement of the ogen positions. <br />
