ORDINANCE 946 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, TITLE 1000, CHAPTER 1012, <br />RELATING TO RENTAL DWELLING LICENSES <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 1000 <br />(Building and Development Regulations), Chapter 1020 (Rental Dwelling License) by inserting <br />the double -underlined language and removing the sir-ieken language, and updating numbering as <br />follows: <br />TITLE 1000 <br />BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />CHAPTER 1012: RENTAL DWELLING LICENSE <br />1012.02: DEFINITIONS: <br />Subd 3 Dwelling, Multiple: ^ btii1ding or- poftion the of eoi4aining two (2) oro <br />dwelling units exelusively f oeeupaney by two (2) o mofe families 1i it <br />depe den4l , of eaeh ^*hef. A building designed with three (3) or more dwelling <br />units exclusively for occupancy by three (3) or more families living independently <br />of each other. <br />1012.03: LICENSING PROVISIONS: <br />Subd. 2. Application for Rental Dwelling License: Before any license required by this <br />Section shall be issued or renewed, the owner shall make written application with <br />the Community Development Department for a license to carry on the business of <br />renting residential property. <br />C.
