Our personnel are <br />dedicated to providing innovative and exceptional services, now and in the future. Operations staffing currently <br />consists of 12 full-time SBMFD employees and 55 volunteer firefighters. In addition, the City of <br />Blaine has 12 full-time City Responders who operate out of Station 5 at Blaine City Hall. <br />The SBMFD is governed by a Board of Directors who are made up of: <br />Three appointed representatives from the City of Blaine <br />One appointed representative from the City of Mounds View <br />One appointed representative from the City of Spring Lake Park <br />41 P a g <br />
