POLICY: FLEX TIME LEAVE SECTION: 3.06 <br />The Flex Time Policy is an attempt to establish a consistent method of tracking regularly scheduled work <br />hours and additional non -regularly scheduled work hours which applied to exempt status employees. <br />Flex time may be earned and accrued, one (1) hour for each extra hour worked over a 40 hour work <br />week. Flex time should be used within a reasonable period from when it was earned; preferably during <br />the same week. Employees may use up to 40 hours per pay period of their accrued Flex time with prior <br />Supervisor approval.
