Ms. Jasper was <br />employed by the City for 19 years. Attached is Resolution 9019, which authorizes <br />severance to Ms. Jasper in accordance with the City's Personnel Manual. <br />Discussion <br />Section 3.47 of the Personnel Manual indicates that employees who resign shall be <br />compensated for any accrued and unused vacation hours and, with two or more years <br />of service employees are eligible to receive a payout of sick leave subject to the terms <br />and provisions addressed in Section 3.45 regarding the Retirement Health Savings <br />Plan.
