RESOLUTION NO. 7127 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY PLAT FOR THE SUBDIViS10N OF 5360 EDGEWOOD DRIVE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA07-003 WHEREAS, Silverview Chiropractic has applied for the approval of a common interest community plat consistent with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 5156 of 5360 Edgewood Drive; and WHEREAS, the plat date-stamped October 25, 2006, proposes a five lot subdivision to be called MOUNDS VIEW CITY CENTER SUITES (the "CIC Plat"); and WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 2, MOUNDS VIEW CITY HALL ADD1TlON, Ramsey County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the parcel is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development and the adopted Comprehensive Plan designates the parcel for Community Commercial Planned Unit Development; and WHEREAS, the City is in the process of clarifying the application of the City's subdivision regulations of Title 1200 of the Mounds View Municipal Code to a common interest community plat in general; and WHEREAS, the proposed CIC Plat generally complies with the relevant provisions of the City's subdivision regulations; and WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Resolution 7126, the City Council must approve the division of land as contemplated herein as a CIC Plat; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves the CIC Plat entitled MOUNDS VIEW CITY CENTER SUITES located at Edgewood Drive, subject to the following conditions: 1. Pursuant to City Council Resolution 7126, this Resolution shall act as the City Council's approval of the division of land as contemplated herein as a common interest community. plat. 2.
