RESOLUTION NO. 7127 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY PLAT <br />FOR THE SUBDIViS10N OF 5360 EDGEWOOD DRIVE; <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. MA07-003 <br />WHEREAS, Silverview Chiropractic has applied for the approval of a common <br />interest community plat consistent with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 5156 of 5360 <br />Edgewood Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the plat date-stamped October 25, 2006, proposes a five lot <br />subdivision to be called MOUNDS VIEW CITY CENTER SUITES (the "CIC Plat"); and <br />WHEREAS, the subject parcel is legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 2, MOUNDS VIEW CITY HALL ADD1TlON, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, the parcel is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development and the <br />adopted Comprehensive Plan designates the parcel for Community Commercial <br />Planned Unit Development; and <br />WHEREAS, the City is in the process of clarifying the application of the City's <br />subdivision regulations of Title 1200 of the Mounds View Municipal Code to a common <br />interest community plat in general; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed CIC Plat generally complies with the relevant <br />provisions of the City's subdivision regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to City Council Resolution 7126, the City Council must <br />approve the division of land as contemplated herein as a CIC Plat; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the CIC Plat entitled MOUNDS VIEW CITY CENTER SUITES located at <br />Edgewood Drive, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Pursuant to City Council Resolution 7126, this Resolution shall act as the <br />City Council's approval of the division of land as contemplated herein as a <br />common interest community. plat. <br />2. The applicant shall arrange to have an acceptable title commitment <br />provided to the City Attorney for review prior to the final plat approval by <br />the City Council. <br />314827v3 S1R MU210-144 <br />1 <br />
