3. All utilities within the development area and to the individual units shall be <br />located underground. <br />4. The approval of the CIC Plat as contemplated herein is subject to the <br />requirement that all documents necessary and relevant for creating the <br />CIC Plat pursuant to Minnesota Statutes have been completed and <br />properly filed. <br />5. The applicant shall file the CIC Plat no later than 6 months after the date of <br />approval of this Resolution, or the CIC Plat approval will become null and <br />void. <br />6. The proper City officials are authorized to execute on behalf of the City the <br />C{C Plat and any other necessary documents and to take any and all other <br />steps necessary or convenient in order to carry out the intent of this <br />Resolution and City staff arid consultants are authorized to take all <br />necessary further action in order to carry out the intent of this Resolution. <br />7.
