Distilled Spirits: Ethyl alcohol, hydrated oxide of ethyl spirits of wine <br />whiskey, rum brandy, gin,and other distilled spirts, including all dilutions <br />and mixtures thereof, for non -industrial use s <br />Subd. Micro -distillery: A distillery operated within the state producing premium <br />distilled spirts in total quantity not to exceed 40,000 proof gallons in a <br />calendar year." <br />Subd. Taproom: An area on the premises of or adiacent to one brewery location <br />owned by the brewer that allows the on -sale of malt liquor produced by the <br />brewer for consumption. Such use shall be accessory to theprimary use of a <br />national, regional or micro -brewery and may be a restaurant � <br />Chapter 1113: B-2, Limited Business District <br />Section 1113.02: Permitted Uses <br />Subd 2.
