CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller asked to remove Item D. <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes: November 12, 2018. <br />B. Just and Correct Claims. <br />C. Resolution 9029, Approving the Recording Secretary Service Agreement <br />Amendment with TimeSaver Off-Site Secretarial Inc. <br />D. Resolution 9038, Approving a Cost of Living Adjustment, Insurance <br />Contribution, and Insurance Opt-Out Payment Amounts for 2019. <br /> <br />Mayor Mueller noted a correction to the minutes on Page 4, Line 3 stating the name Tierney <br />should be added to the matter regarding the remodeling of Edgewood Middle School. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Meehlhause. To Approve the Consent Agenda as amended <br />removing Item 5D. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried.
