To approve Resolution <br />1086-18, a Resolution Recommending Approval of Development Review for the property at <br />2299 County Road H. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br />_____________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />6. Upcoming Planning Cases & Activity <br /> <br />City Planner/Supervisor Sevald discussed upcoming planning cases. <br /> <br />B. Staff Updates <br /> <br />City Planner/Supervisor Sevald provided the Commission with an update from staff. <br /> <br />C. Council Updates <br /> <br />Council Member Bergeron provided the Planning Commission with an update from the City <br />Council. He noted the Council met on Monday and received reports from Lisa Baker with the <br />Ralph Reeder Food Shelf. He encouraged the Commissioners to consider attending a Ribbon <br />Cutting ceremony on Tuesday, August 21st at 3:00 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Zikmund reported the City was moving to digitize all City records. He noted <br />staff now had all meeting minutes and packets transferred to a digital form since the inception of <br />the City. He explained staff was also working to systematically update City Code with the City <br />Attorney. <br /> <br />City Planner/Supervisor Sevald invited all residents of the City to attend the Street Dance <br />celebrating the City’s 60th Anniversary on Friday, August 17th and Festival in the Park on <br />Saturday, August 18th. <br /> <br />D.
