Item 05C <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />A Public Hearing is not required for Development Reviews. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 1089-18, recommending approval of a Development Review. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is requested to consider the following options: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Approve Resolution 1089-18, recommending approval of a Development Review. <br /> <br />2. Deny Resolution 1089-18, with cause. If choosing this option, Findings of Fact are necessary to <br />support the denial. <br /> <br />3. Table the request. If additional information is needed before a decision can be rendered or if more <br />discussion is needed, the Commission can simply move to table the request until such information <br />has been provided. The City has 60-days to take action on a completed application. The City has <br />administratively extended its review, expiring Jan 25, 2019.
