Appeal to Fire Chief or Police Chief: An alarm userequired by <br />the City to pay a fee as a result of false alarm or amaintenance-related fire service charge <br />may make a written appeal of false alaFm ehaygea to the Chief of Police or Fire Chief <br />within ten (10) working days after mailed notice of charge. The <br />Chief of Police or Fire Chief has the authority to make final determination as to whether <br />the applicant is to be charged-witl}�. <br />Subd. 2.
