RESOLUTION 9060 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2018 PAY EQUITY REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Pay Equity Act and Minnesota Rules Chapter 3920 <br />requires cities to prepare a pay equity report every three years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff completed the Pay Equity Report for salary amounts effective <br />December 31, 2018, as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the City has met the necessary requirements and does <br />not need to make any further wage adjustments at this time. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the Pay Equity Report, and directs staff to submit it to the Minnesota Department <br />of Management and Budget. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of January, 2019. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Carol A.
