Resolution 1090-18, Recommending Appointments to the Planning <br />Commission <br /> <br />Community Development Director Sevald requested the Commission adopt a Resolution <br />recommending appointments to the Planning Commission. He reported Planning Commission <br />terms were three years and explained the Commission would have three open seats at the end of <br />2018. He indicated the City solicited applications for the three open seats and noted two <br />applications were received. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Stevenson/Commissioner Rundle. To adopt Resolution <br />1090-18, Recommending Appointments to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 7 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chair Klebsch thanked Commission Monn and Commissioner French for their willingness to <br />serve the community. She stated the Planning Commission still had one more opening and <br />encouraged those interested in serving to contact City Hall for further information. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Sevald thanked Chair Klebsch for her years of service on the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Stevenson thanked Chair Klebsch for sharing her time and talents with the City of <br />Mounds View. <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />B. Resolution 1091-18, Adopting 2019 Regular Meeting Schedule <br /> <br />Community Development Director Sevald requested the Commission adopt a Resolution <br />approving the 2019 regular meeting schedule. <br /> <br />Commissioner French questioned if the July 3rd meeting could be canceled given it was close to <br />the 4th of July holiday. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rundle suggested the Commission make a decision on this after the New Year. <br /> <br />Commissioner Stevenson stated in the past the Commission has made changes more closely to <br />the actual meeting date. <br />
