RESOLUTION NO. 9078 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A DIRECTOR LEVEL BENEFIT PACKAGE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has prioritized employee retention; and, <br />WHEREAS, in the past 4.5 years the city has experienced turnover of 6 of their 7 <br />director positions (Public Works, Police Chi ef, Community Development, Business <br />Development, AssistanUHR, and Administrator; and, <br />WHEREAS, benefits and consistency in those benefits are a proven method of <br />employee retention. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />approves the Director Benefit Package as detailed in Attachment A <br />Adopted this 25th day of February, 2019. <br />l i,.'
