Ord. 786 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 2. Section 1010.14 of the Mounds View Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended by the addition of the bold and underlined language as follows: <br />1010.14: Violations and Penalties <br />Any person who violates the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Each day during which said violation exists is a separate offense. Any violation of this <br />Chapter is a public nuisance and may be enjoined by civil action. Costs of any civil action <br />of any civil enforcement shall be assessed against the property so enjoined. Any person <br />who, in violation of this Chapter, alters, changes or modifies any wetlands shall restore <br />such wetlands to their original condition. Whenever any alteration, chance or <br />modification of any wetlands is being done contrary to the provisions of this <br />Chapter, the City may order the alteration, change or modification of any wetlands <br />stopped by notice, in writing, served on any persons engaged in doing or causing <br />such alteration, change or modification of any wetlands, and any such person shall <br />forthwith stop such alteration, change or modification until authorized by the City to <br />proceed. <br />SECTION 3.
