NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View <br />Economic Development Authority does hereby support a supplemental <br />appropriation before the Minnesota Legislature that would provide an additional <br />$400,000 in funding for the proposed Noise Wall Extension on the south side of <br />Trunk Highway 10. <br />Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Mounds View Economic <br />Development Authority this 27th day of March, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Kurt Ulrich, Executive Director <br />
