Resolution 9090 <br />WHEREAS, Public Works Staff discussed funding options with the Finance <br />Director; the following are recommended budget offsets: <br />• #709 Backhoe replacement in 2020 — push out 10-15yrs $50,000.00 <br />• #454 Trailer—will not be replaced $20,000.00 <br />• #136 Aebie Tractor will not be replaced with like $25,000.00 <br />Total $95,000.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The City hereby accepts the quote proposal of $162,086.00 submitted by <br />MacQueen Equipment of St. Paul Minnesota, Minnesota for Envirosight Rovver <br />Camera, Software upgrade, and Van build out. <br />2. The City hereby accepts the quote proposal from Midway Ford for a Transit <br />Van for $33,801.92 <br />3. The City Council approves a 2019 Budget Adjustment to the Vehicle and <br />Equipment Fund of $80,139.92. <br />4. The Council approves the recommended budget offsets of: <br />a. #709 Backhoe replacement in 2020 — push out 10-15yrs $50,000.00 <br />b. #454 Trailer — will not be replaced $20,000.00 <br />c. #136 Aebie Tractor will not be replaced with like $25.000.00 <br />A total of $95,000.00 <br />5. Funds for this purchase will be from the Vehicle and Equipment Fund account <br />460-4160-9100 <br />6. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by <br />this Resolution. <br />7.
