RESOLUTION 9027 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A GARBAGE/RECYCLING HAULER LICENSE <br />FOR CURBSIDE WASTE, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View requires that all garbage/recycling haulers <br />be licensed to operate in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Curbside Waste, Inc., has applied for a Garbage/Recycling <br />Hauler License to operate their business in the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Curbside Waste, Inc., has submitted the proper paperwork <br />and fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Mounds View does hereby approve a Garbage/Recycling Hauler Business License <br />for Curbside Waste, Inc. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license shall expire June 30, 2019 <br />at which time is must be renewed. <br />Adopted this 13th day of November, 2018. <br />Carol A.
