Duties include, but are not limited to, <br />the Diseased Tree Ordinance, to include Elm, and Oak Trees and recently, Ash Trees, with <br />Emerald Ash Borer (EAB). To assist with the removal of diseased trees, quotes were <br />obtained for the removal of accessible trees where a vehicle and equipment has easy access <br />to the site and non -accessible trees, for cases where access with vehicles is not possible. In <br />the past the contracts have been annual to include every two to three years; both contracts <br />for the tree removals expired in May of 2018.
