ORDINANCE NO. 952 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 600, CHAPTERS 601, 6029 6039 6069 AND 607 OF <br />THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 600, Chapter <br />601 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by deleting Chapter 601 in its entirety. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 600, Chapter <br />602 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double -underlined material and deleting <br />the str-ieke material as follows: <br />CHAPTER 602 <br />POLICE AND FIRE FEES AND CHARGESALARAW <br />SECTION: <br />602.01: <br />Definitions <br />602.02: <br />False Alarm Fees <br />602.03: <br />Maintenance -Related Fire Service Charge <br />602.04-3: <br />Appeal Process <br />602.054: <br />Collection of Fees <br />602.01: DEFINITIONS: As used in this Chapter, the following words and terms shall have <br />the meanings ascribed to them in this Section: <br />Subd. 1. ALARM USER: The person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or <br />organization of any kind upon whose premises an alarm or alarm system is installed, <br />operated or maintained. In the case of a single-family residence' -es deal a a an "alarm <br />user" shall mean the owner, resident, tenant or lessee of the single-family residence; as the <br />case may be. In the case of a multi -family residence, including apartment complexes, <br />"alarm user" shall mean the owner of the multi -family residence. <br />Subd. 2.
