Item 08A <br />Page 2 <br />resource center relocated from New Brighton <br />Elementary School (closed) to Edgewood. <br />A CUP and Development Review were <br />approved in 2002 for a 12,000 sq ft addition <br />(administration, media center, computer lab, <br />classrooms, loading dock), (Resolution 5688, <br />revised by Resolution 5890). <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />The property is guided as "Institutional". <br />Utility Service <br />Utilities are existing. <br />Surface Water Drainage <br />A storm water infiltration basin will be located <br />near the east parking lot, currently occupied by <br />a practice field. Underground storage <br />chambers will be located under the north and <br />east parking lots. This will elevate the east <br />parking lot so that the grade more closely <br />matches the building entrance. <br />Erosion & Sediment Control <br />Included in the plan set. <br />Streets: <br />The City plans to reconstruct Woodale Dr in <br />2019. The project has not been designed yet. <br />Driveways Woodale Dr: New driveway at <br />Greenfield Ave to service <br />the north parking lot. <br />Co Rd H: Driveway will be <br />reconstructed (1 lane in, 2 <br />lanes out). An <br />Administrative Variance <br />has been approved to <br />allow an increased width <br />from 32' to 38'. <br />The Planning Commission <br />recommends a barrier be <br />installed in-between the <br />south driveway and the <br />adjacent sidewalk, to deter <br />
