Consensus on purchase <br />of camera and/or vehicle. <br /> <br />City Hall / Police Remodel – Review Plans/Cost Proposal – Director Peterson <br />Buetow and Associates has completed their initial work on the remodeling of City Hall <br />with primary focus on PD improvements and others as funds allow. <br />Consensus on design on prioritization of remodel projects. There will not be adequate <br />resources to address the “wish” list. Likely able to complete all PD modifications <br />(shower/locker rooms, hardening of detention room, second interview room, and <br />reconfigure front entrance). Remaining items include hardening of council dais, shower <br />downstairs, installation of door to downstairs (security issue), hardening of front counter, <br />walling off former public works counter, creation of conference room in former public <br />works office space, replacement of council chairs, carpet and paint throughout city hall <br />(sans PD) <br />Consensus on Priorities <br /> <br />Green Step Task Force – Director Peterson <br />Presentation by Director Peterson on suggestion to create a task force who focuses on <br />issues/items related to achieve higher levels in the Green Step process. <br />Consensus on creation of Special Task Force <br /> <br /> <br />Water Treatment Facility Upgrades, Engineering Proposal – AE2S (Aaron Vollmer) <br />– Director Peterson <br />Presentation on planned upgrades. <br />Presentation and Discussion only, no consensus needed
