RESOLUTION NO. 9029 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING THE RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE <br />AGREEMENT ADDENDUM DATED DECEMBER 31, 2018 WITH <br />TIMESAVER OFF SITE SECRETARIAL, INC. (TOSS) <br />WHEREAS, TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. (TOSS) has been taking <br />minutes for City Council, EDA and Planning Commission meetings since 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and Staff are pleased with the thoroughness and <br />accuracy of the minutes taken by TOSS; and <br />WHEREAS, TOSS has increased rates for 2018 by approximately 2.5%; and <br />WHEREAS, attached to this Resolution is the addendum to the Recording <br />Secretary Service Agreement for 2018; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />agrees to and accepts the terms of the TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. recording <br />secretary service agreement addendum dated December 31, 2018, as attached. <br />Adopted this 26th day of November, 2018. <br />Carol A.
