Ordinance 952, First Reading, Amending Chapter 600 (Public Health) of the <br />Mounds View City Code. <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council introduce Ordinance 952 which would amend <br />Chapter 600 regarding Public Health within the Mounds View City Code. He reviewed the <br />proposed changes with the Council and recommended introduction of the Ordinance. <br />Mayor Mueller discussed Item E and asked if contractor trucks could have more than two hours <br />to complete work in a residential neighborhood. She suggested this timeframe be increased to <br />four hours. City Administrator Zikmund commented this would be a reasonable request. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause. To Waive the First Reading and Introduce Ordinance <br />952, Amending Chapter 600 (Public Health) of the Mounds View City Code as amended. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />G. Ordinance 953, First Reading, Amending Chapter 700 (Police) of the <br />Mounds View City Code. <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council introduce Ordinance 953 which would amend <br />Chapter 700 regarding Police within the Mounds View City Code. He reviewed the updated <br />changes within the Council and recommended introduction of the Ordinance. <br />Mayor Mueller questioned if the restriction on the number of dogs allowed within a residence <br />applied to residents who had foster dogs. City Administrator Zikmund stated this matter has been <br />discussed and it was determined that staff would not require the property owner to have a kennel <br />license for foster dogs. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Bergeron/Hull. To Waive the First Reading and Introduce Ordinance 953, <br />Amending Chapter 700 (Police) of the Mounds View City Code. <br />Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />H.
