Resolution 9103 <br />5. The City Council approves the Joint Powers of Agreement between the City of <br />Mounds View and Spring Lake Park, Blaine and Mounds View Fire Department as written <br />by the City attorney. <br />6). The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this <br />Resolution. <br />7). The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized <br />and directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or convenient in <br />order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of April, 2019 <br />Carol A.
