She stated she was extremely 1 <br />disappointed Ramsey County was restricting access onto the Crossroad Pointe property. She 2 <br />anticipated the property would have been valued 10-20% higher if the County had allowed access 3 <br />onto Mounds View Boulevard. She was of the opinion that adding a 24-hour convenience store 4 <br />would not benefit this neighborhood given the level of traffic in this area. For this reason, she 5 <br />supported Option 1 which included 135 market rate apartments. 6 <br /> 7 <br /> Ayes – 3 Nays – 2 (Gunn and Meehlhause) Motion carried. 8 <br /> 9 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Meehlhause.
