Item No: 7A <br />Meeting Date: June 10, 2019 <br />Type of Business: SB <br />City Administrator Review: _____ <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Don Peterson, Director of Public Works <br />Item Title/Subject: Annual Stormwater Public Information Meeting <br /> <br />Introduction: <br />As part of the City of Mounds View’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) <br />permit, there is a requirement for an annual public information meeting discussion <br />stormwater. <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />The City of Mounds View holds a MS4 permit issued by the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency (MPCA) and is charged with meeting a number of requirements. One of those <br />requirements is an annual Stormwater Public Information Meeting.
