The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9107 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL DOG KENNEL LICENSE <br />FOR SOLOMON TILLESKJOR, 7534 GREENFIELD AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Solomon Tilleskjor, 7634 Greenfield Avenue, has applied for a <br />Residential Kennel License; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Tilleskjor currently has three dogs which requires a residential <br />kennel license; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the dogs owned by Mr. Tilleskjor are currently licensed with the City <br />and have received their rabies vaccinations; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate paperwork and fees have been submitted to the City; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Ordinance 890, the City sent public hearing <br />notices to Ramsey County registered property owners that are within five hundred feet <br />(500’) of 7534 Greenfield Avenue. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve a residential dog kennel license for Solomon Tilleskjor for up to three <br />dogs for the property located at 7534 Greenfield Avenue; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this license will expire on June 30, 2020. <br /> <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that this license is contingent on all dogs keeping <br />current on their City dog licenses and rabies vaccinations. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of May, 2019. <br /> <br />__________________________________ <br />Carol A.
