Item 08E <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Financial Impact: <br />None. <br />Summary <br />INH Properties is requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat to combine three parcels into one lot, <br />for a planned apartment building. Prior to Final Plat approval, it is the City's intent to vacate a <br />portion of Greenfield Avenue. <br />A Public Hearing was held on June 24, 2019. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat at its June 19, 2019 <br />meeting (Resolution 1100-19). <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat. <br />The City Council is requested to consider the following options: <br />1. Approve Resolution 9133, approving the Preliminary Plat. <br />2. Deny Resolution 9133. If the Council chooses this option, Staff would need to be directed to <br />draft a resolution of denial with findings of fact appropriate to support the denial. <br />3. Table the request.
