RESOLUTION 9137 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW AND NORTHEAST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View first entered into an agreement with <br />Northwest Youth and Family Services in 1976; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Northeast Youth and Family Services mission is to prepare <br />youth and families for healthy lives; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View greatly values the services Northeast <br />Youth and Family Services has provided Mounds View residents for over 40 years; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, there have been some revisions to the current agreement and <br />thus the new agreement needs approval by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, all previous agreement with Northeast Youth and Family <br />Services are null and void; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby approve the attached Professional Services Agreement with Northeast <br />Youth and Family Services for a period of one year starting July 9, 2019. <br />Adopted this 22nd day of July, 2019. <br />ATTEST: <br />(seal) <br />Carol A.
