Resolution 9155 Continued <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. Approves the service agreement with Trane Building Services to perform BAS <br />and HVAC equipment maintenance at City Hall and Community Center. <br />2. Approves the service agreement with Architect Mechanical for HVAC <br />equipment maintenance at the Public Works Facility, Park buildings and Water <br />Facilities. <br />3. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this <br />resolution. <br />4. The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized <br />and directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or <br />convenient in order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br />Adopted this 26th day of August, 2019 <br />Carol A.
