ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 963 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE CONTINUING A FRANCHISE FEE ON CENTER POINT ENERGY <br />NATURAL GAS OPERATIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />On September 9, 2019, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which <br />continues a 4% franchise fee on Center Point Energy natural gas operations within the <br />City of Mounds View for the years 2020 thru 2021. The ordinance will sunset on <br />December 31, 2021. <br />A copy of Ordinance 963 is on file and available for public viewing at the office of the <br />City Administrator.
