Resolution 9174 Continued <br />2. Approves AE2S to prepare bidding documents in order for the City to receive bids <br />for this project. <br />3. Approves the proposal form AE2S for completing a pilot study at Water Treatment <br />Plant No. 1 (WTP1), a proposed cost for the study of $38,900.00 to be funded from <br />the Water Fund, 700-4823-3030. <br />4. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by this resolution. <br />5. The Mayor and City Administrator, Staff and consultants are hereby authorized and <br />directed to take any and all additional steps and actions necessary or convenient in <br />order to accomplish the intent of this Resolution. <br />Adopted this 14th day of October, 2019 <br />Carol A.
