Resolution 9187 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a Hearing on November 12, 2019, Finding: <br />The premises of 5067 Irondale Road, has been used in a disorderly manner <br />as described in City Code, Section 1012.05, Subd 1 (crimes against public <br />safety and health); <br />2. The property owner, Sean Haller, has irresponsibly operated this property, <br />inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the City's rental dwelling license <br />program (City Code, Section 1012.01; Purpose and Intent). <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, in accordance with City Code, <br />Section 1012.05, Subd 2, this Resolution shall serve as a written decision to deny a Rental <br />Dwelling License for 5067 Irondale Road. The property shall not be occupied as a rental <br />property until such time that the City has approved a Rental Dwelling License. No license <br />application shall be accepted nor considered for a period of one year after the date of this <br />Resolution, consistent with City Code, Section 1012.05, Subd 2(g); and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT, the City Council <br />authorizes Staff to placard the home at 5067 Irondale Road, ordering the premises to be <br />vacated within 60 -days of the date of placard; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED THAT, the City Council <br />authorizes Staff to issue Administrative Offense(s) to the property owner. <br />Adopted this 12th day of November, 2019. <br />,ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br />Carol A.
