RESOLUTION NO. 19-EDC-44 <br />MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 408 of the Municipal Code specifies that the Economic Development <br />Commission review its Bylaws on an annual basis; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has conducted a review of its <br />Bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, the current Economic Development Commission Bylaws specify that the <br />Commission shall meet on the third Friday of each month; and <br />WHEARAS, the City of Mounds View administrative offices are no longer open on <br />Fridays; and <br />WHEARAS, the Economic Development Commission would like to have the flexibility to <br />set and amend their own meeting dates and times by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has determined that an amendment <br />is necessary in order to clarify and stay consist with Chapter 408.07 subsection 2 of the <br />Municipal Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission of <br />the City of Mounds View hereby approves the current Bylaws as amended; <br />Adopted this 15th day of November, 2019. <br />Dennis Farmer, Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />(SEAL) <br />
