When the recession hit in 2009 1 went back to school and earned 4 degreees in s 7 years. AS in Market and Mangement, a BS in Business, a MPA Public Administration and an MNM Nonprofit Management. I am interested in serving my Community. I believe my all around experince is a best suited for this commisssion. I want to be a part of our future. Employment, Occupation or Other Relevant Experience: I was on the planning commision in Maplewood for two years. I currently work for Ramsey County Veterans Services as Veterans Court Mentor Coordinator/ Office Administrator and Outreach Specialist 5 1/2 years. I just finished a two year stint as Executive Director of the Veterans Defense Project, Memberships, Accomplishments or Other Qualifications: What is your main reason for wanting to serve on this Commission/Committee: My wife and I moved here about a year ago to be closer to our kids and grandkids. We built a fairly large garage/shop at our house and plan on being here for the rest of our lives. I would like to be a part of the solution in helping the city grow responsibly so our grandkids have a future here in their hometown. I feel my broad experince will lend itself to accomplishing that.
