Mounds View Charter Commission Minutes 1 <br />Tuesday, September 17, 2019 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 <br />1. Call to Order – The meeting came to order at 6:30 p.m. 5 <br /> 6 <br />2. Roll Call – Present: B. Amundsen, B. Clawson, D. Erickson, B. King, J. Peterson, J. 7 <br />Thomas, R. Warren 8 <br /> Excused: J. Klander 9 <br /> Absent: B. Staples 10 <br /> 11 <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. 12 <br /> 13 <br />3. Approval of Agenda 14 <br />Motion by J. Peterson, seconded by R. Warren, to approve the agenda as 15 <br />presented. 16 <br />Motion Approved 17 <br /> 18 <br /> Approval of Minutes 19 <br /> 20 <br />Peterson requested a change to the minutes on Item 6A in the middle of page noting the 21 <br />motion was made by R. Warren seconded by J. Klander. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Peterson stated at the end of Item 6C the motion should be made by B. Amundsen and 24 <br />seconded by J. Peterson. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by J. Peterson, seconded by R. Warren, to approve the minutes of May 21 , 27 <br />2019 as amended. 28 <br />Motion Approved 29 <br /> 30 <br />4. Citizens Comments from the Floor 31 <br /> 32 <br />None. 33 <br /> 34 <br />5. Reports of Chair 35 <br /> 36 <br />Thomas discussed Roberts Rules of Order pertaining to discipline of a Commission 37 <br />member. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Thomas welcomed Bob King to the Commission. 40 <br /> 41 <br />King introduced himself to the Commission noting he has lived in Mounds View for the 42 <br />past 20 years and worked at Sysco for over 30 years. He stated he has been involved with 43 <br />the Mounds View Lions, Mounds View Police Foundation and Festival in the Park 44
