APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, November 25, 2019, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Bergeron. To Approve the Monday, November 25, 2019, agenda as <br />amended moving Item 7 – Special Order of Business prior to the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />7. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> A. Marcus Lowry – Ramsey County Library Mounds View Branch Manager. <br /> <br />Marcus Lowry, Ramsey County Library Manager, thanked the Council for their time. He <br />discussed what was new at the Ramsey County Library and encouraged residents to consider <br />looking into the virtual library. He described the maker spaces and vast array of media that was <br />available at the library. <br /> <br />Council Member Meehlhause asked what the hours of operation were for the library. Mr. Lowry <br />reported the Mounds View Library was open Monday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., <br />and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor M ueller questioned if Mr. Lowry had met with representatives from The Boulevard. Mr. <br />Lowry stated he had not met with any representatives but noted he would drop in to provide this <br />new development with information on the local library. <br />
