The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9209 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SETTING AND APPROVING THE 2020 CITY COUNCIL MEETING, COUNCIL/STAFF <br />RETREAT AND TOWN HALL MEETING DATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City’s Charter states that the City Council shall meet regularly at <br />least twice monthly as they may designate by ordinance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 105 of the Mounds View City Code states that regular <br />meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second and fourth Mondays of every <br />month; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EDA meetings are traditionally held on the same days as the City <br />Council just prior to the regular Council meetings on the second and fourth Mondays of <br />the month; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has traditionally scheduled Work Sessions on the <br />first Monday of the month; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with City Code, these meeting dates have been <br />scheduled as shown in Exhibit A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has scheduled the 2020 Council/ <br />Staff Retreats and 2020 Town Hall Meeting as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby establish the official City of Mounds View City Council meeting calendar for <br />2020 as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 9th day of December 2019. <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
