<br />RESOLUTION 9206 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN THE STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />AND TIF DISTRICT 1 SPECIAL REVENUE FUND <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council authorized reconstruction of Woodale Drive for 2019 with <br />funds from the Street Improvement Fund; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City was able to sell the parcels that make up Crossroad Pointe in <br />November of 2019; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this provided an opportunity to closeout TIF District 1 Special Revenue Fund <br />by using the sale proceeds to reconstruct substandard streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a budget adjustment is necessary to reprogram budget amounts between the <br />Street Improvement Fund and TIF District 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />does hereby authorize an increase of $400,000 to account 410-4650-7050-322 and a reduction <br />to 485-4470-7050-322. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of December, 2019 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Carol A.
