<br />thru access for loading and unloading. The loading area is 40ft deep in depth and is designed to <br />accommodate U-Haul type trucks, vans, pickups or vehicles with trailers. The entire building is <br />light, bright, secure and temperature controlled. The building’s mix of storage units is anticipated <br />to be approx. 700+ ranging in size from 5x5 up to 10x30 size. No vehicle storage is allowed. <br />Customers are not allowed to store flammables, explosives, weapons, or toxic materials. No <br />dumpster for disposal of items is provided, a simple trash container is stored inside for office <br />staff. <br />Overall the building is very secure with cameras throughout the interior exterior. Secure code <br />access and even smart phone access can be used (tracks who accesses the building and for how <br />long).
