This): 1 <br />Based on our meeting Jan. 12, the Charter Ccnmission will be meeting at 7:00pm <br />the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month for the next 4 to 6 month period. This <br />means we wi 11 need the Counci 1 Chambers on Jan. 26, Feb. 9 and 23, Mar. 9 and 23, <br />Apr. 13 and 27, and May 11 and 25—for starters. Please make the necessary <br />arrangements. Also, would you please send a notice to all can, ission members <br />showing the time and dates; one notice with al ll dates shou 1 d be adequate at this <br />time. <br />Also, because of the nurber of these meetings, is there anything that can be done <br />to obtain a key to City Hall and the Chambers for me? I can't always count on <br />Jerry Linke being there. <br />We will have three other iters that will need to be sent to all members but I <br />will not have those for you until early t week.
