<br /> <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Community <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9229 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING BIDDING <br />FOR THE 2020 STREET PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is considering the 2020 Street Project to <br />include Quincy Street, from County Road H2 to County Road I, and Sherwood Place off <br />Spring Lake Road North of Mounds View Boulevard. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this project will include pavement rehabilitation, and necessary <br />concrete improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council Work has approved the 2020 Budget that includes <br />the monies for the street rehabilitation project on Quincy Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated total cost of the project is $1,221,380.00. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimate includes the mill and overlay of Sherwood Place for <br />$59,114.00. Storm Water pipe replacement for $106,029.00, to be funded out of the <br />Storm Water budget, 745-4415-5150. Sanitary Sewer lining on Quincy Street for <br />$169,360.00 to be funded out of the Sanitary Sewer budget, 730-4823-7050. The <br />estimated Quincy Street rehabilitation cost is $886,877.00. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View approves the plans and specifications for the 2020 Street Project from <br />Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. The City Council further approves going out to bid with <br />the plans and specifications. <br /> <br />Adopted this 27th day of January, 2020 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Carol A.
