<br />7. Commissioner/Staff Reports: <br /> Feedback about tree and brush removal at Woodcrest Park: Will be on-going maintenance. Will not be <br />cutting any value trees, the majority of our cutting will be the willow. <br /> <br />Any news about the recommendation to the City Council to change handicapped parking spaces at Hillview <br />to 1 space, plus access, instead of two spaces with access. Request staff follow-up. <br />Kroeger: 10 years out based on balance of $840,000, included cost of Lambert building replacement and <br />other PIP needs, factored in 2.25% interest and no other additions based on city developments, by 2019 a <br />balance of $333,000. <br />Palm: invited to Pinewood PTA meeting to discuss Park and Rec activities. Promoted Mounds View <br />Matters. Discussed Oakwood trail and potential partnership for Adopt-a-trail with Pinewood. Palm did <br />contact Tree Trust and has had no response yet. <br />Arel: Resident brought concern about brush pile at Oakwood trail. Wondering if it was a city plan. <br /> It was an Eagle Scout project. Weather has prohibited further work. A chipper will be brought <br /> back for removal soon. <br /> Silverview bases: Do we need to get new bases? Need 2 separate distances. 65 and 75-foot. <br /> <br />8.
